ClusterOne Property is an independent property company specialising in the rental of residential and commercial premises in the North West of England.

Our process is as simple as 1-2-3

1 - arrange a visit to the property you are interested in so we can show you round, give you some information about the property and answer any questions you may have. If you are interested , we ask you to pay a £50 holding fee (which is deducted from your deposit when you sign your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement) and complete our simple application form (providing references).

2 - upon satisfactory collection of all references, you are then asked to sign our standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, an Inventory and complete a bank mandate for your rent to be paid monthly by Standing Order. You will then also be required to make a payment of a deposit (to the value of one calendar months rent, less your £50 holding fee) along with your first months rent in advance.

3 - once your deposit and first months rent have cleared at the bank, a mutually convenient appointment will then be made to meet at the property, at which time any meter readings will be taken (where applicable) and we will hand you your keys!
